Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. For emergencies, we have a dedicated contact available outside of business hours. Non-urgent messages will be returned during regular office times. -
Can you deposit rent directly into my account?
Absolutely. We offer direct deposit for owner payments so your funds arrive securely and on time. -
How and when do I get paid?
Owner payouts are made on a regular schedule after rent has been collected and expenses handled. Payments are sent via direct deposit only. -
How is rent collected?
Tenants can pay rent online or by other approved methods. We follow up promptly on late payments and handle them according to the lease terms. -
What lease terms do you offer?
New leases have a minimum 1 year term. Current tenants can go month-to-month depending on owner and tenant notice requirements. -
How soon can you start managing my property?

What reports will I receive, and how often?
