Matt Housley is the Owner and Lead Property Manager, bringing a deep knowledge of the industry and a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. A native of Millersville, Maryland, Matt has a background in Real Estate Law and years of experience flipping houses—expertise that gives him a unique edge in helping property owners maximize the value and potential of their investments.
Wearing many hats as a business owner, Matt oversees multiple companies and is known for his problem-solving skills, sharp industry insight, and unwavering commitment to client success. He thrives on helping others navigate the real estate world with confidence and clarity.
When he's not managing properties or running businesses, Matt enjoys quality time with his wife Angela and their two children. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and his favorite moments are often spent with loved ones, whether relaxing at home or exploring new adventures together.
Born and raised in Maryland, Kevin brings a strong business mindset and diverse experience to the team. He earned his degree in Business Management from The Golf Academy of America in Florida and has a solid background in Project Management. Over the years, Kevin has lived in Florida and North Carolina, gaining valuable life and business experience that continues to shape his approach to real estate and property management.
Kevin is one of the owners of the company. He is a licensed contractor and holds an MHIC (Maryland Home Improvement Commission) license, which allows him to manage renovation and improvement projects with professionalism and compliance. In addition to managing multiple ventures, he owns a portfolio of rental properties, giving him first hand insight into the needs of both landlords and tenants.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys golfing, watching football, and spending quality time with his wife Jamie and their two children. Whether on the course or with his family, Kevin brings the same focus, dedication, and energy that he applies to his businesses.
Sarah Hoover (Bohns) joined the company in 2022 as a Property Manager and quickly established herself as a dependable and highly organized leader. Known for her excellent communication skills and responsiveness, Sarah is deeply involved in all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficient management and strong relationships with owners & tenants. She is a central force within the company, keeping everything connected and running smoothly.
With a background in insurance, landscaping and kitchen remodeling, combined with an Associate's degree in Business Management, Sarah brings a well-rounded skill set that enhances her ability to handle complex property management challenges.
Married into the family through Kevin's brother, Sarah is family-oriented and enjoys spending quality time with her husband Edward and their dog, Hazel. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring nature and the occasional home improvement project. Her dedication to both work and family makes her a valued member of the team.
Lindsay Hoover joined our team in 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager and quickly became an essential part of our daily operations. Known for her social and thorough approach, Lindsay takes the lead on the majority of our property showings, ensuring every potential tenant has a smooth and welcoming experience.
Highly responsive and communicative, she brings a strong sense of professionalism and positivity to her work, making her a reliable point of contact for clients, tenants, and team members alike.
Outside of work, Lindsay is an artistic spirit who enjoys painting and creative projects. She's an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Ravens, and loves spending her free time hiking and exploring the outdoors.
